We pride ourselves on providing second-to-none personal service. Our support team is available to give you phone, email or remote system support whenever you need it. And, if we can’t solve your issue remotely, we can come to your site to make sure you’re back up and running with a minimum of downtime. You can also send your system to us for servicing and we can supply a replacement system on request.

Already a registered P-scan user?
If you are a registered P-scan user, you can access P-scan Support by clicking the support link below. On the support site, you can download the P-scan software and/or get a 12 hour authorization code.
Please note that both options require that you are a registered P-Scan user and that you have received login and password information. The login and password for the two options are different.
